A confidential and calming Space to talk-through the issues and challenges in your life and to alleviate recurrent psychological difficulties and the impact of trauma
I have been practicing for 14 years and I'm a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) having qualified as an Integrative Psychotherapist at Roehampton University completing a B.s c Hons degree.
I have also worked with several Mental Health projects and initiatives including MIND private rehabilitation clinics for alcohol and drug rehabilitation and most recently with the Everyone Man project providing therapy for Anger Management and domestic abuse.
Since then, I have worked extensively in private practice with clients ranging from teenage adolescents to adults helping them to work through issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Addiction, Trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress and I work with clients who have been diagnosed with Psychosis and other psychiatric disorders.
I provide Psychotherapy for a variety of mental health issues and also provide support for people suffering with chronic pain conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Auto-immune diseases and recurrent chronic pain. Prior to becoming a Psychotherapist I worked as health coach helping people improve the quality of their lives through Nutritional therapy, Exercise and Stress Management and I integrate Mind and Body Health coaching with Psychotherapy for people with these pain conditions.

Ways that Psychotherapy can benefit your life?
How to Get Started
I offer a complimentary 20-30 minute initial phone call to answer any questions you may have and to arrange a full introductory session if you would like to proceed. Finding a therapist that is a good fit you is most important and the first chat and introductory session will hopefully give you a feel for wanting to continue with the sessions so I can help support you in working through the presenting issues.
If you would like to proceed beyond the initial call, I offer a 75-minute introductory session to establish a basis for working together and to go through the significant events in your life, mental health history and family history, with further exploration into your reasons for seeking therapy and your personal therapy-goals. We would also use some time towards the end of the session to discussing creating a therapeutic agreement which includes the timing and cost of ongoing sessions.
Proceeding the introductory session, I offer weekly 50-minute Psychotherapy Sessions in most instances and with greater frequency for those that wish to engage in therapy in a more focused and intensive manner.
Sessions are offered on an open-ended basis with regular reviews of the direction and progress of therapy so that you can decide how long you wish to engage with the process.
Sessions are offered either in person from my practice which covers the areas of Rickmansworth, Northwood and Pinner or online via video call.
