I have been practicing for 14 years and I'm a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) having qualified as an Integrative Psychotherapist at Roehampton University completing a B.s c Hons degree.
I have also worked with several Mental Health projects and initiatives including MIND private rehabilitation clinics for alcohol and drug rehabilitation and most recently with the Everyone Man project providing therapy for Anger Management and domestic abuse.

How to Get Started:
I offer a FREE 30-minute initial phone or zoom call to find out a little more about your reasons for seekign therapy and to answer any questions you may have. We can also look at practical arrangements and to organise a full 75 minute introductory session if you would like to proceed.
To book an intial call please visit my online diary through the link below so choose your slot and I will respond with an email confirmation of the day and time you have chosen.
If you would like to proceed beyond the initial call, I offer a 75-minute introductory session to establish a basis for working together and to go through the significant events in your life, mental health history and family history, with further exploration into your reasons for seeking therapy and your personal therapy-goals.
We would also use some time towards the end of the session to discussing creating a therapeutic agreement which includes the timing and cost of ongoing sessions.
To book an Introductory session please follow the link below to choose one of the available slots.
Proceeding the introductory session, I offer therapy on the basis of weekly 50 or 60 minute Psychotherapy Sessions depending on your preference in most instances - and with greater frequency for those that wish to engage in therapy in a more focused and intensive manner.
Sessions are offered on an open-ended basis with regular reviews of the direction and growth of therapy so that you can decide how long you wish to engage with the process.
Sessions are offered either in person from my practice which covers the areas of Pinner, Ruislip and Northwood and online via video call or a hybrid of both.
